Do you serve both the City and the District of North Vancouver? Yes — both, at the same prices. Lower Lonsdale towers, Lynn Valley family homes, Deep Cove cabins: one price list.
How soon can you pick up junk in North Vancouver? Most bookings need about 1–2 business days notice, so texting a photo a day or two ahead is the safest bet if you have a deadline. That said, we're based in North Vancouver and same-day pickups do happen when the schedule allows — text a photo to 604-910-7549 and we'll tell you honestly whether today or tomorrow is possible, rather than promise something we can't deliver.
→ Do you take junk from condos and apartments? Yes. From inside a suite, item prices add 20% for the building logistics — parking, check-in, elevators, hallways. Bring your items to the loading bay, lane, or curb instead, and you pay the same as our standard house rate — the discount and the surcharge cancel out exactly, so there's nothing extra to calculate. Either way, we're familiar with North Vancouver strata rules and elevator bookings.
Do I have to be home for the pickup? Not for curbside jobs. Leave the items in the driveway, lane, or yard within about 10 feet of where the truck can park, and pay online after we've picked up.
Where does the junk go? Sorted, always: donations to local charities first, mattresses and appliances to recycling, and only the remainder to the North Shore transfer station. We handle all fees and paperwork — they're already in your price.
