2. Where it is. Your neighbourhood, and whether the items are curbside (driveway, lane, yard) or inside. If outside but far from where our truck can park, what is the distance to it.
3. When you'd like it gone. "Whenever" is fine; "before the new couch arrives Thursday" is a scheduling detail we're good at.

What are your pickup windows? We're reachable by phone, text, or email Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm — but the truck itself is only out on the road Monday–Friday, roughly 10am to 2pm. Smaller jobs can often start as late as 1pm; bigger jobs usually need to start by noon to fit the window. We'll always confirm a 2-hour arrival window that suits your job size when you book, and we don't run pickups on weekends.

Can I drop my junk off at your location? No — we're a pickup service with no drop-off facility. But curbside pickup (20% off everything) is the next best thing: you carry it to your own driveway, we do the rest.
Do I need to give my exact address to get a price? No — neighbourhood is enough for the quote. The address comes when you book.
Will the price change when you arrive? Not if the photos showed the real job. The only possible additions — long carries, extra flights of stairs, heavy dense materials — are flagged before we start, and you decide. That promise is on our price list.
