Contact Us — a Firm Price Is One Photo Away
The fastest way to a quote: text photos of your junk to 604-910-7549 with your neighbourhood and whether the items are outside or inside — during working hours you'll usually have a firm price within hours, not an estimate that changes later. Prefer talking? Call 604-910-7549 and you'll reach the owner, not a call centre. Email works too — — answered within hours. We serve all of North Vancouver and West Vancouver.
Hours: Mon-Friday 9am-5pm. Some emails and text messages can be answered on weekends.
The Perfect Quote Request (30 Seconds of Your Time)
Send these three things and the price comes back firm — no site visit, no revisions:
1. Photos of everything going. Wide shots beat close-ups; one photo of the whole pile beats five of individual corners. For a single item, one photo does it — and for a standard mattress, skip the photo entirely: it's $90 curbside or $110 in-home, every size.
2. Where it is. Your neighbourhood, and whether the items are curbside (driveway, lane, yard) or inside. If outside but far from where our truck can park, what is the distance to it.
3. When you'd like it gone. "Whenever" is fine; "before the new couch arrives Thursday" is a scheduling detail we're good at.
What you'll get back: one number, matching our published prices, with anything unusual flagged before booking rather than at your door. Then a 2-hour arrival window that suits you, a call 30 minutes (if requested) before we arrive, and payment however you like — card, debit, e-transfer, cash, or online after a curbside pickup you didn't even need to be home for.
Two Small Print Items, in Large Print
We come to you — there's no drop-off at our address. 743 Roslyn Blvd is our home base, not a depot; junk can't be dropped there. If you'd rather haul your own load, our guides honestly cover the DIY routes: mattresses, couches.
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Texting a photo doesn't book anything — it just gets you a number to think about. Half our jobs start as "just checking prices."
